Barry emigrated from South Africa in 2000. In South Africa he designed and administered through to completion various buildings, including housing, schools, libraries, a large research aquarium and laboratories, shopping malls, factories and sports facilities. He has worked at Archetype since 2000. He acts as Project Architect on multi-family housing and commercial projects. Barry’s role on any given project spans from initial design and planning through construction administration. Barry’s particular field of interest is the design of efficient residential units and is skilled in planning to meet the requirements of the various accessibility codes.
