Hotel Ursa

UMO On-campus Hotel

Situated on The University of Maine’s Orono campus, The Hotel Ursa project included the historic renovation of two buildings original to the college campus: Coburn Hall and Holmes Hall, erected in 1887-88. It also involved a 57 guest room new construction building. With 95 guest rooms between the three buildings, Hotel Ursa also offers a cafe, a fitness center and a study area. The project utilized historic tax credits and succeeded in repairing and restoring much of the original detailing in Holmes and Coburn Hall
