Historic School to Residential Conversion 

The Nathan Clifford Residences project consisted of a full renovation of the historic John Calvin Stevens School building. The original building of 16 classrooms, 500 seat auditorium, full gymnasium and 9 over 9 windows was converted into 22 apartments ranging between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Elements such as chalkboards, built-ins, fireplaces and various other historic features were preserved and incorporated into the design.
